At You’ve Been Lasered we recognise that privacy and security is a major concern. We have therefore set out below the guidelines we use for protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what happens to any personal data that you provide to us, or that we collect from you whilst you visit our site.

You’ve Been Lasered may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from 16/05/2018.

You’ve Been Lasered will only collect, store and use your personal information for specific purposes. We handle data and images as part of the production process that we undertake for you and may use the information for one or more of the following purposes:

- We keep a record to provide our service to you, support and enhance our relationship with you. We may information to you that you request from us relating to our products or services. We may also provide information to you relating to other products that may be of interest to you. Such additional information will only be provided where you have requested to receive such information.

- We keep a record of any purchase/s you make with You’ve Been Lasered. This is to process your order, for your after-sales enquiries and for our accounting purposes.

- We keep a record of any e-mail correspondence you send us to process your order and so we can track any problems or concerns you’ve had with your order.

- If you contact You’ve Been Lasered by telephone we may store the details with your purchase details to provide our service to you.

If you place an order with You’ve Been Lasered payment is made via Paypal or bank transfer only. We do not obtain or keep a record of credit or debit card details.

If you would like to revise the information you have provided to us because you feel that what we currently have on record is incorrect, and/or would like your information erased from our records, you can do so by contacting us directly.

STORING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
By providing your personal data to us, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We do our utmost to ensure that all reasonable steps are taken to make sure that your data is treated and stored securely.

HOW WE PROTECT INFORMATION
You’ve Been Lasered have updated this Privacy Policy in order to comply with the new GDPR legislation from 25th May 2018 and all of its staff have been advised as to how to deal with all data and images from our clients.

Unfortunately, the sending of information via the internet is not 100% secure and on occasion, such information can be intercepted. We cannot guarantee the security of data that you choose to send us electronically. Sending such information is entirely at your own risk.

To protect your information, You’ve Been Lasered take every reasonable precaution to make sure it is not lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

All electronic data and images received will be deleted and cleared from any machine that handles it on completion (within 3 months).

You’ve Been Lasered maybe keep paperwork relating to accounting for up to 7 years.

DISCLOSING YOUR INFORMATION
You’ve Been Lasered do not, and will not, sell any of your personal data to a third party. We will not disclose your personal information to any other party other than the circumstances detailed below:

- In the event, your purchase needs to be delivered via a tracked service the courier company will require your delivery details and email address. In this instance, the Privacy Policy of said courier company applies.

- In the event that we sell any or all of our business to the buyer.

- Where we are legally required by law to disclose your personal information.

- To further fraud protection and reduce the risk of fraud.

ACCESS TO INFORMATION 
In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, you have the right to access any information that we hold relating to you. Please note that we reserve the right to charge a fee of £30.00 to cover costs incurred by us in providing you with the information.
